We are pleased to announce a new release scheduled for the TrustX customer preview environment. This update introduces Out-of-Band push notifications to TrustX.
Out-of-Band Authentication and Push Notifications
Out-Of-Band authentication management introduces TrustX and generic push notifications to the TrustX Identity Store. This functionality can be used to send push notifications to a device either for informational purposes or to initiate a separate child Process Instance.

There is an upcoming change to TrustX Webhook IP addresses that requires action if you use the "Send Webhook" activity with IP-based access restrictions.
What's Changing:
Effective 31st March 2026, TrustX Webhook requests will originate from multiple IP addresses per region instead of the current single IP per region.
Current IP addresses (single per region):
Europe: 54.72.38.54 Australia: 13.239.103.224 United States: 44.214.25.202
If your systems restrict incoming Webhook requests by IP address, you must update your firewall / allowlist rules to include all new IP addresses before 31st March 2026.
Who needs to act:
Action required if:
- You use TrustX "Send Webhook" activity AND - Your firewall/security groups restrict incoming traffic by IP address
No action needed if:
- You use Cloud Functions only (unchanged) - You don't restrict Webhook traffic by IP address - You allow all inbound traffic to your Webhook endpoint
