Scheduled

There is an upcoming change to TrustX Webhook IP addresses that requires action if you use the "Send Webhook" activity with IP-based access restrictions.

What's Changing:

Effective 31st March 2026, TrustX Webhook requests will originate from multiple IP addresses per region instead of the current single IP per region.

Current IP addresses (single per region):

Europe: 54.72.38.54
Australia: 13.239.103.224
United States: 44.214.25.202

New IP addresses (effective 31st March 2026):

Europe:

54.72.38.54
54.154.174.216
34.255.32.208
34.242.242.172
35.157.159.91
3.72.26.212
18.194.113.237

Australia:

13.239.103.224
3.104.114.35
13.55.128.224
13.54.176.94
16.51.160.118
16.26.170.68
16.26.146.254

United States:

44.214.25.202
52.4.236.191
100.52.147.100
100.49.229.30
52.52.109.2
50.18.195.161

Action Required:

If your systems restrict incoming Webhook requests by IP address, you must update your firewall / allowlist rules to include all new IP addresses before 31st March 2026.

Who needs to act:

Action required if:

- You use TrustX "Send Webhook" activity AND
- Your firewall/security groups restrict incoming traffic by IP address

No action needed if:

- You use Cloud Functions only (unchanged)
- You don't restrict Webhook traffic by IP address
- You allow all inbound traffic to your Webhook endpoint

Steps to take:

1. Identify affected systems: Check which endpoints receive TrustX Webhooks
2. Update firewall rules: Add all new IPs for your region to your allowlist
3. Reference documentation: https://docs.trustx.com/trust/webhooks-guide#webhook-fixed-ip-addresses

Important: Failure to update your allowlist will result in Webhook delivery failures after 31st March 2026.
